Alien: Isolation is set in the Alien universe, specifically in 2137, 15 years after the events of the first film. Players take on the role of Amanda Ripley, daughter of Ellen Ripley, as she searches for her mother's flight recorder. The game takes place on a space station called Sevastopol, where a Xenomorph has been discovered. The player's goal is to survive and uncover the truth about the disappearance of her mother.
