The movie follows the story of two young individuals, Bindu (Shraddha Kapoor) and Jaai (Ranveer Singh), who are both ambitious and want to make a name for themselves in the world. Bindu is a small-town girl from Rajasthan, while Jaai is a city boy from Delhi. They meet at a wedding, where Jaai is a wedding singer, and Bindu is a guest. The two strike a chord, and their friendship blossoms into romance.
