The series follows five children - Koji, Izumi, Teppei, Sakkakumon, and Kimura - who are transported to the Digital World through a mysterious portal. In this new world, they meet their Digimon partners and embark on a journey to save the Digital World from an evil force known as the "Dark Ones."
