A brief “what changed” note would have been welcome: did the update tighten copy protection, fix a certificate expiry, or simply migrate keys to a new server? Ideally the message would include a link to release notes or a short FAQ explaining whether action was needed (none was) and how personal data or licensing info is treated. The terse notice avoided alarming users but missed an opportunity to build trust through clear communication.
