The movie tells the story of a notorious gangster, Gang-in (Kim Moo-yul), who becomes embroiled in a cat-and-mouse game with a determined detective, Jung-cheol (Ma Dong-seok). Their lives intersect when Gang-in is kidnapped and forced to wear a tracking device by a mysterious figure, Tae-oh (Kim Jae-wook), who claims to be a cop.
