The film revolves around the story of three young men - Raj (Shah Rukh Khan), Siddharth (Aamir Khan), and Vicky (Akshaye Khanna) - who fall in love with the beautiful Nandini (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan) while she is in college. However, their love is put to the test when they face opposition from Nandini's strict father, Balraj Sahai (Amrish Puri), who disapproves of their relationship.
