The film Panchathanthiram Isaimini revolves around the life of a young man named Pandiyan (played by Srikanth), who suffers from an unusual phobia - he is terrified of music. The story begins with Pandiyan's family and friends trying to cure him of his phobia, but to no avail. One day, Pandiyan meets a music teacher, Maha (played by Sangeetha), who tries to help him overcome his fear.
