"Coraline" (2009) is a stop-motion animated dark fantasy film directed by Henry Selick, based on the novella of the same name by Neil Gaiman. The movie follows the story of Coraline Jones, an adventurous and curious 11-year-old girl who moves into a new home with her parents. While exploring her surroundings, Coraline stumbles upon a mysterious door that leads her to a parallel world where she encounters her "other" parents, who seem to be perfect duplicates of her own.
