Unfortunately, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End was released exclusively for the PlayStation 4 in 2016, and there has been no official announcement from Sony or Naughty Dog, the game's developer, about a PSP release. The PSP's hardware limitations and the game's demanding graphics requirements make it unlikely that a native PSP version could have been created.
